We had a Mitsubishi Electric central refrigerated heating/cooling system installed and it was a great experience. We got quotes from about 5 different providers and found most to be reasonable, but Alpha head and shoulders above the rest. For one, they sent someone out the following day to properly quote the job (free of charge) - most other places did a rough estimate based on photos and floor plans. There is nothing wrong with this, but I certainly felt a lot more confidence going with the quote that had been backed by an in-person assessment. Installation was seamless, there was an initial follow up we had afterwards which was immediately addressed - which gave me even more confidence that they were the right option as their commitment to a quality outcome is obvious. They were really friendly, capable and well-priced. We are loving the central heating/cooling and couldn’t recommend them any more highly based on our experience.
