So happy again with Alpha Air. My 28 year old heater was working only intermittently. Rang Alpha on Monday, Nick and Daniel came on Tuesday- identified a cracked heat exchanger (dangerous), Matt quoted same day for replacement, new heater installed Thursday- all in the week before Easter 2020. Very happy with Alpha staff and their responsiveness. Highly recommend.

Matt and his team were excellent. He took the time to investigate the problem and come up with a tailored solution. He explained my different options and also gave an honest recommendation. The whole team was polite and lovely to deal with. They were on time and my system was installed in 1 day and runs perfectly. They handled the contractors for fixing a little paint near the panel and creating a box for my aircon unit. I now have a top of the range unit that is super energy efficient and at a fraction of the price of the other 4 quotes I got. I’m extremely happy with the result and would recommend them to anyone. Struggling for years since buying an older apartment in St Kilda with effective and efficient heating and cooling we were introduced to Matt and his team at Alpha Air. Had Alpha Air come over to service two of our air conditioning units. They were able to provide a rough quote on the spot, and on top of being reasonably priced their service was friendly and professional. We were given a good breakdown of what was done which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend to others and would happily deal with Alpha Air again.

The Alpha air team are very professional and provide excellent customer service. Its a company that has integrity. The staff were honest and genuine with us on the issues with our heating system. We wish they had installed our heating system initially but we got scammed by another company. Its so important to choose a company that does not cut corners and is willing to come back to fix issues if they occur. Alpha air went above and beyond to get us a favourable result.
