Had Alpha Air come over to service two of our air conditioning units. They were able to provide a rough quote on the spot, and on top of being reasonably priced their service was friendly and professional. We were given a good breakdown of what was done which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend to others and would happily deal with Alpha Air again.

Very happy with the service. Heater is wonderful. So lovely and warm now. The only problem was that it didn't fit against the wall as well as my old Vulcan one did.

The Alpha air team are very professional and provide excellent customer service. Its a company that has integrity. The staff were honest and genuine with us on the issues with our heating system. We wish they had installed our heating system initially but we got scammed by another company. Its so important to choose a company that does not cut corners and is willing to come back to fix issues if they occur. Alpha air went above and beyond to get us a favourable result. Our experience from start to finish with Matt, Nick & team was fantastic. We completely replaced & upgraded our old central gas heating system and are very happy with the results. The advice, installation, standard of workmanship and customer service was exceptional. Very happy to recommend.

Excellent and timely service. Cam the technician has arrived before time, serviced the heater (30 y/o ducted heating system), found an issue with the thermostat, replaced it and was done within an hour.Brilliant.Thanks a lot Cam!

I have used Alpha Air twice in the last 6months - once for a commercial property and at home. Both times they managed to attend same day (after calling first thing in the morning) they managed to identify the problem and had me back up and running! My wife and I returned from a holiday in the sun to discover on a cold Melbourne morning our ducted heating had died. That day was spent organising companies to come and quote on a new system .Long story short, out of 4 quotes we decided on Alpha Air . From Will who came to the house, discussed different systems, sizes , pros and cons and quoted such , to Abby who I dealt with on the phone , through to Nick and the guys who came to install , test and explain it to us we experienced a knowledgeable, professional and courteous group of people .Five days after going ahead we were toasty warm and thoroughly happy with the choice of system and company we had chosen and would have no hesitation in recommending them for your heating needs
