I had my AC installation and gas heater decommission with Alpha Air and highly recommend their services. I am very happy with the process from the sale (sale consultant Baz) through to the installation (forgot the the installer’s name). The installer arrived promptly at the scheduled time, very professional and friendly. The work was done neatly and efficiently. Incredibly courteous, each person was reassuring, patient and professional, and particular thanks to Charlie for his work on the day and going the extra mile. I was able to work throughout, they cleaned up perfectly. Through no fault of their own there was a faulty component which Fujitsu replaced.
