We recently had new ducted reverse cycle air conditioning installed by Alpha Air. It was a great experience from start to finish. The quote was the most professional I have ever seen giving multiple options to choose from and the price adjusting with each selection. It was also very very competitive and the tradies who removed the old unit and installed the new were the best we have ever had in our home. They arrived on time, did the job with no fuss, and left our home the way they found it.I tried to give 5+ stars, but the system wouldn’t let me.

We are very happy with our experience with Alpha Air. We have engaged their services twice now. The first time for the replacement of a water pump in a split system in our old house which was a very tricky job due to the unit being attached to an internal wall and the house having a flat roof. The second time to install a new split system and to check an old malfunctioning unit in our new house. Both times they completed all works flawlessly despite some technical challenges. It is obvious that they are high calibre experts in what they do. Their customer service and communication are also very good. Quotations are generated promptly and they are happy to clarify any queries or explain any issues. If you are looking for a reputable professional air conditioner installer, I would definitely recommend Alpha Air.

Alpha Air have installed air conditioning and a new central heating duct at our place as part of a renovation. After completion of this work, we have had to call Alpha Air in relation to our central heating a few times. On each occasion, service staff arrived punctually and were very helpful in identifying and fixing the problems. The professionalism and courtesy of the staff is excellent. I would recommend Alpha Air strongly to everyone.

Apart from being a very happy customer because everything has been done to a tea. The job was completed with much care and great consideration to the house. Our central heating unit wasn't working and we contacted Alpha Air, a company we had never used before. Jemma from Alpha Air helpfully organised an service call the following day where Nick the service technician promptly advised that the unit had broken down and would need to be replaced. A new unit was ordered and replaced in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Alpha Air's rates are extremely reasonable and their prompt and friendly service has ensured that we will recommend them to all our friends.

From the start they answered my questions well - explaining clearly what they could do and costs, came out as arranged, promptly dealt with my heating/cooling issues, (Jake the tradesman was very knowledgeable), and made the whole process easy. Booked a service with Alpha Air. Service man turned up on time and began work. On inspection of unit found a safety issue - cracks in the heat exchanger. Showed me and explained the danger. Arranged for a new unit to be installed later same day. All work done quietly and efficiently with minimum of fuss. Very happy

As I no longer work for the company, and as a paying customer, I have the right to say this.The integrity and professionalism that has been instilled into this company starts from the top. Matt is a brilliant man, and does everything he can do to keep his well oiled machine running.Todd will work himself to the bone to give you a quote that is not only detailed, but fair.All of the staff, from the office to the field technicians, are so professional that it’s evident that if you want to be looked after, and shown where every dollar you spend goes, you could do no better than going with these guys for all of your heating and cooling needs.I think that supporting your small business is a must, and make sure that you do your research. Don’t go with someone else because they’re $50 cheaper. Understand and figure out why they’re $50 cheaper before you commit to that.You just might find that there is a reason for that. I first used Alpha Air when it was only a two man operation of Matt and Cam about 6 years ago, to replace all the heating and cooling ducts in my roof. I was that impressed with their professionalism and work ethic, I have been using them ever since. When my old evaporative cooler gave up 2 years ago and needed replacing, they recommended what I needed, and did the job with a minimum of fuss. Last month, the evaporative cooler on my son's house died. Cam came out, assessed the situation, looked at repair options for the15 year old unit, and said he'd get back to me in a couple of days as sourcing parts may be an issue. Matt called me a few days later and gave me a quote for repairing, plus two options for replacing the unit should my son want to go that way. We opted to replace. Cam did the job, and as I expected, it was done on time and in a professional manner. The old unit was taken away. The new unit was installed (Braemar LCQ1 550 Stealth), and the entire area was cleaned up and left as if nothing had occurred at the house that day. The company has got bigger since I first used it, but the culture of being professional and giving the customer good and honest service has not diminished in any way. I highly recommend them.

Alpha Air replaced 3 existing split systems for us last week. Every step of the process gave us confidence starting with Matt who quoted the job and figured out the best way to install the new units so we could eliminate a few existing problems. The installation team of Locky, Jarrad and Reese were very professional and spent about 11 hours ensuring the units were installed to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Alpha Air as their quality of work and follow-up was excellent.

We have had such a great experience with Alpha Air! First the guys came out to check our exisiting system and then quoted us on multiple upgrade options letting us know the pros and cons of each option so we could make the best decision for our needs. We were very happy with how quickly they were able to have our new A/C installed, from the first call to installation was 2 weeks. We highly recommend Matt and the team at Alpha Air, they have been absolutely fantastic!

We recently had ducted air con installed in our house upstairs. The guys were professional, easy to talk to and did the works promptly. They cleaned up all the mess from cutting through the roof and left our house as it was when they arrived. Air con is working great and I would recommend Alpha Air to anyone.

The team, especially Matt and Peter, at Alpha Air have bent over backwards for us from initially quoting our job through to ensuring that it was completed prior to Christmas. The guys undertaking the install were friendly, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Matt was absolutely fantastic to deal with! He gave us great advice for what we needed to cool and heat our home and made sure the job could be done before committing to it (we had some potential issues with our roof). On the day of install he gave me time frames that he stuck too plus the guys cleaned up after they had finished like they had never been there in the first place. Compared to other contractors we’ve used they were honest and trustworthy and just generally awesome to deal with. Would highly reccommend them to anyone needing heating and cooling solutions! I spoke to several companies and i felt most comfortable with Alpha Air. They were great to speak with on the phone, they gave plenty of advise and knew what they were talking about. Shortly after the call they came out to inspect and quote. They installed the unit in a timely manner after accepting the quote and the install went perfectly. I highly recommend Alpha Air for any heating or cooling needs. My elderly parents ducted heating packed it in after 30 odd years. After calling Alpha and letting them know of the situation they came after hours to check the what needed to be done. The next morning I had a quote for a new system, which was very very competitive. After agreeing to the quote my parents had a crew the following morning to complete the job. We were extremely happy with all aspects of their business, from the initial contact to the time the service crew walked out the door after completing the install. Two thumbs up guys.

When my central heating was condemned, it was 38 years old, I had options for the replacement. I contacted 4 companies and only 1 gave me options, a quotation in 24 hours and an assessment of replacing the gas ducted heating with a split system. The company was Alpha Air. Christian answered all my questions, re running costs, installation new ducting etc. Within a week they had replaced the system and the cost was the best quote. After sales was spot on and they tended to some minor tweaking of the system post install. I would strongly recommend this company

Absolute Champions! The service provide by Christian and Todd is exemplary. I need a ducted air con system via ceiling and ducted gas heating via floor as part of a renovation. The house has had multiple extensions, as such ceiling access was not 'vanilla', furthermore house had just been re-stumped so access not easy to all areas. A quote was provided same day. Site visit following day. Wok commenced ASAP despite their busy schedule. Solution focused, work with client, competitive pricing. I will be recommending this firm to my client, friends and family.
